About Me

Hello, my name is Jay and this here is a blog about the bricks that I love so much. I am currently located in Victoria, Australia. I pray every day that Lego will open up an official store in this wonderful country!

My mum introduced me to Lego when I was a wee little boy, buying me my first set, the iconic M-Tron 8621 Pulsar Charger and ever since (barring my Dark Ages) then I’ve been inseparable from Lego. Think of 2 1×2 tiles stuck together and you’ve got a clue of my bond with Lego.

I was away from Lego for a bit, possibly due to girls and video games for the better part of my teenage year, but I never stopped browsing the aisles in toy stores, longing after them colourful ABS plastic bricks. It wasn’t till September 2011, when my fiancee bought me two sets, that I decided that I would return back to my first love and well, here I am.

Here’s where I write reviews and try to sway opinions on sets to buy, feature pictures of the sets I’ve built, report on Lego news that’s relevant to me, display some of my fun creations as well as do my best to share one of my favourite things in the whole wide world!

Thank you for stopping by!

Jay, do you have the Lego base plate? If not, do you know where I can purchase?

Hi there. If you’re in Malaysia, I’d recommend looking in Toys R Us, Parkson, Jusco or specialty Lego shops like Brickboy in the Gardens, Mid Valley. Hope this helps!
